A:Virgin hair is hair that has not been chemically altered from its natural state.
Q: WHAT IS BRAZILIAN HAIR?
A:Brazilian hair is hair that is cut from a donor that either originated or is currently living in Brazil. Multiple donors are used.
Q: HOW MANY BUNDLES OF HAIR DO I NEED?
A:Our hair is about 3.5 oz per bundle (give or take .3 oz) so we recommend the following:
-Half sewin about 2.0 – 2.5 bundles (half of your own hair is out)
-Partial sewin about 2.5 – 3.0 bundles (part and sides left out)
-Thick Partial sewin about 3.0 -3.5
-Full sewin about 3.0 – 3.5 bundles (no hair is left out)
-Thick Full sewin about 3.5 – 4.0 bundles
*** Longer bundles have shorter wefts therefore styles with lengths 24″ or longer add an extra bundle to the list above to achieve thickness***
Q: CAN YOUR HAIR BE DYED, FLAT IRONED, BLEACHED ETC?
A: Yes it can. Remember this is real human hair. Use a heat protect-ant with any heat tools and take caution when bleaching. Bleaching the hair may cause a small amount thermal loosening to the curl pattern. Always see a professional for any color treatments.
Q: HOW IS YOUR HAIR MEASURED?
A: Our hair is measured in its stretched state from the weft to the bottom of the hair shaft. The hair is NOT measured in its curly/wavy state.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS / HOURS OF OPERATION?
A: You can reach a customer service representative Monday – Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 10am-9pm , Sunday 1pm-8pm CST. There is also a form under "Contact Us" that is available 24/7. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hrs.
Q: IS THE HAIR ON HAND?
When ordering online please understand that the hair has to be ordered and is not on hand unless stated otherwise!
Q: Are boutique items and accessories on hand and can be picked up same day?
Yes, all boutique items and accessories are on hand and can be picked up same day if ordered by 5pm on that day.
Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE MY HAIR SHIPS?
A: It will take 4 Business days for you to receive your hair. This is only an estimate and will vary depending on holidays and promotional/sale dates. Shipping service that is used is the United Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping starts at $14.25, tracking number is included.
